My mother was with them for a short length of time. However, during that period they really worked hard with her physical strength and well being. The staff and social worker really heard our family concerns about our loved one and they addressed each one. I would recommend The Havens for your loved one and rest assure your loved one will be safe and loved as well. Thanks to each and every single person who was involved with our mother treatment. You guys rock. And P. S….. Mrs. Jean who works at the front desk is sweeter than honey.

I'm so grateful for Havens. My grandma is here, and the love, care, and compassion she receives means more to my family than I can put into words. This has been such an emotional journey for us, but knowing she is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her brings us so much comfort. My Mother had a traumatic brain injury and went to the Havens for rehab. They did a spectacular job caring for her. I was very nervous about her staying somewhere when she was having a difficult time communicating and walking; but they rehabilitated her to better than before. In her weakest time, she received great care from Ro & Dominique and I will forever be grateful for the kindness and care shown by all of the staff here. They’re all so helpful, patient, & caring from front desk, to finance, dietary, social workers, nurses, therapists, activity directors, cleaning staff; everyone was wonderful. Thank you, Havens Pensacola!

The care I received recently at Havens At Pensacola was AWESOME! Every person that I had contact with; i.e. cna, tech, nurse, physicians, OT/PT staff, housekeeping; were all very professional, helpful, caring and always nice. They made me feel safe, comfortable and listened to my concerns. The staff ALWAYS went above and beyond with much concern and kindness. In my personal opinion they all deserve raises. My wife has been in 2 different nursing facilities and this is head and shoulders above the other one. Haven's staff were attentive to her needs, the facility was clean and the nursing staff is very good.

A friend was at the Haven for rehab for two months . She made so much progress in many areas having MS. During my visits I found the Havens to be so clean and the decor so beautiful, not drab. Every employee was so friendly. The Case Manager and Investigator during a follow-up at her home after discharge was very impressive.

This place was a blessing for our family. They provided very consistent and kind services to ensure my mother-in-law felt safe and cared for. Various employees took time to sit and chat with her.
They did not rush her when she was confused or had questions. The entire staff (from the nurses to the custodians) appeared to work together to make this difficult time feel less stressful for us all. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs wrap around services while healing.
